NOODLE BIRDS NEST 🍝

 BIRDS NEST 

Ingredients:
Noodles - 1/ 4 cup
Sugar - 1 t spoon 
White Chocolate - 2 tbl spoon 
Oil for deep frying 

     Cook noodles in water until soft.

      Drain off excess water and sprinkle some sugar in the noodles.
      Now heat oil for deep frying and keep a boat shaped laddle inside the oil.
      Now add 2 tbl spoon cooked noodles in the laddle and press with a spoon in the centre.      

      Once the noodles turns crisp, remove and drain in a tissue paper.

      Sprinkle little sugar on the top.

      Make small balls using white chocolate and place it above the noodles.
