 PANEER TIKKA MASALA 

Ingredients:
For Paneer Tikka:
Paneer - 200 gm
Capsicum - 1/2
Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt as needed 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 t spoon 
Kasuri Methi - 1 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon 
For Masala:
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
Onion - 1
Badam / Cashew  - 5 
Chilly Powder- 1/2 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 t spoon 
Tomato - 2


      Take a mixing bowl and mix together curd, salt, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kasuri methi , turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste.


      Cut paneer, capsicum into bite sized pieces, add to the curd masala and mix gently.


      In a hot dosa tawa, add 1 t spoon oil and roast the marinated paneer and capsicum in low flame until golden.


      Our Paneer tikka is ready.


      Grind tomato to a fine paste.
      Grind cashews or badam with little water to a fine paste.
      In a pan melt butter and fry chopped onion until golden.


      Add tomato paste, chilly powder, coriander powder, salt, kasuri methi and mix well.



      Add the cashew paste, 1/2 cup water and cook until we get the required consistency.



      Now add the roasted paneer and capsicum and mix gently.


      Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy paneer tikka masala with chappathi.
