SCHEZWAN CHEESE DOSA
Ingredients:Dosa Batter
Schezwan Sauce - 1 tbl spoon
Cheese - 2 tbl spoon
Heat a dosa tawa and pour dosa batter to a thin dosa.
Sprinkle some ghee and cook in low flame.
Once the dosa gets crisp, apply schezwan sauce and spread evenly.
Now add grated cheese and spread evenly.
No need to turn the dosas.
Fold the sides of the dosa towards the centre.
Fold the sides of the dosa towards the centre.
Enjoy schezwan cheese dosa when it is hot.
