 BUTTER USING PAAL AADAI

Ingredients:
Milk Malai 


Take milk malai from the milk and store in freezer for 1 month.
      Once enough quality is collected, pour 1 tbl spoon of curd in the malai and allow to ferment in room temperature overnight.



      Now add 1 cup water to the malai and grind in a mixer in pulse mode.


      Do not grind continuously.


      Our butter forms like small balls.
      Remove the butter and wash in water for 2 times.


      Our fresh homemade butter is ready.
