CHOCOLATE BROWNIE USING BROWN SUGAR

 BROWN SUGAR BROWNIE 

Ingredients:
Butter - 100 gm
Wheat Flour - 55 gm
Cocoa Powder - 55 gm
Brown Sugar - 225 gm
Vennila Essence - 2 t spoon 
Salt - 1 pinch 
Egg - 3
Almond - 2 tbl spoon chopped 


      Melt butter and add cocoa powder, vennila essence.



      Mix well and add brown sugar.


      Blend using and electric beater and add eggs.


      Beat well and wheat flour and salt.
      Fold gently using a spatula.


      Apply butter in a baking pan and pour the cake batter.
      Sprinkle the chopped almonds and sprinkles (Optional) above the batter.


      Bake the brownie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
      Do not overcook the brownie.
      The top layer should be cooked and when a toothpick is inserted should come out moist.
      Remove the brownie from oven and allow to cook down.


      Once cooled, cut the brownie into squares.


      Enjoy chocolate fudge brownie with a cup of coffee.
