PEPPER RICE

 PEPPER RICE 

Ingredients:
Rice _ 1 cup 
Pepper _ 1 t spoon
Onion _ 1
Garlic _ 4
Salt as needed
Almonds _ 5
Raisins _ 5
Ghee _ 3 t spoon


      Cook rice and allow it to cool down.
      Fry chopped almonds, raisins, 1/2 onion in 1 t spoon ghee separately until golden and keep aside.


      In a pan heat remaining ghee and fry chopped garlic, 1/2 onion in low flame.


      Add salt, coarsely crushed pepper and mix well.


      Now add the cooked rice and mix gently.
      Garnish with fried almonds, raisins, onion.


      Enjoy pepper rice with boiled egg.
