SAMBAR POWDER

 SAMBAR POWDER 

Ingredients:
Red Chilly - 130 gm
Turmeric - 30 gm
Coriander Seeds - 130 gm
Fenugreek - 1 t spoon 
Asafoetida - 1 tbl spoon 
Cumin Seeds - 50 gm
Pepper - 15 gm
Chana Dal - 30 gm
Toor Dal - 30 gm


      Dry roast all the above ingredients separately except asafoetida in low flame.



      Once cooled grind in a mixer and sift in a sieve.





      Grind until we get a fine powder.


      Store in an air tight container.
