CARAMELISED BANANA GHEE ROAST

NENDRAMPAZHAM ROAST 


Ingredients:
Nendrampazham - 1
Ghee - 3 t spoon 
Jaggery/ Brown Sugar - 3 t spoon 


      Cut nendrampazham pazham into thick slices.


      Take a heavy bottomed pan and add ghee.
      Now add the sliced banana and roast on both sides in low flame until golden.



      Add brown sugar and mix with roasted banana gently.


      The sugar gets caramelised along with the banana.


      Remove the banana and allow it to cool.


      Our caramelised banana ghee roast is ready to enjoy.
