GARLIC POTATO FRY

 GARLIC POTATO FRY 

Ingredients:
Potato - 4
Garlic - 5
Oil - 3 tbl spoon 
Salt as needed 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 t spoon 
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 t spoon 


      Cut potatoes into small pieces.


      Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry cumin seeds, fennel seeds.


      Now add potatoes and mix well.


      Close with a lid and cook in low flame for 2 or 3 minutes.
      Now add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and mix well.



      Add crushed garlic to the potatoes.


      Now allow the potatoes to roast in low flame until the potatoes get golden and crispy.
      Mix frequently so that the potatoes get roasted evenly.


      Switch off the flame and enjoy potato fry with any variety rice of your choice.
