LIVER WITH EGG FRY

 LIVER AND EGG FRY

Ingredients:
Mutton Liver - 1/4 gm
Oil - 1 tbl spoon 
Egg - 1
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Pepper - 1 tbl spoon 
Onion - 1/2


      Wash and cut liver into small pieces.
      In a pan heat oil, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onion and fry until golden.


      Add turmeric powder, salt, liver and cook until liver becomes soft.



      It will take around 10 minutes.
      Now add pepper powder and mix well.
      Make some space in the centre and break open an egg.


      Add a pinch of salt and pepper and scramble it.


      Mix the egg with liver and simmer for 2 minutes.


      Our liver with egg fry is ready to enjoy.
