PANEER SHAWARMA

PANEER SHAWARMA 

Ingredients:
Pita  Bread
Paneer - 100 gm
Onion - 1/4 sliced
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Pepper Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Kasuri Methi - 1/4 t spoon 
Curd - 1 tbl spoon 
Mayonnaise - 2 tbl spoon 


      Cut paneer into desired sized pieces.
      Add salt, chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, curd, kasuri methi, pepper powder and mix gently.


      Add 1 tbl spoon oil and roast the marinated paneer in a hot dosa tawa until golden.


      Cut the paneer into pieces roughly.
      Apply some mayonnaise in the pita bread.
      Spread some sliced onion, roasted paneer, mayonnaise in the centre.



      Fold the corners towards the centre and fold in a butter paper or aluminium foil.


      Enjoy paneer shawarma with mayonnaise or green chutney.
