RAGI BROWNIE

RAGI BROWNIE 

Ingredients:
Ragi Flour - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Melted Butter - 1/2 cup
Chocolate - 2
Egg - 2


      In a mixing bowl mix together butter, sugar until creamy.



      Add eggs and beat well.


      Now add ragi flour and mix gently.


      Add broken chocolates and give a good mix.


      We can use any chocolate or 2 tbl spoon cocoa powder.
      Grease butter in a cake pan and pour the prepared batter.
      Top with some broken cashews and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.



      Enjoy ragi brownie cake with a scoop of ice cream.
