VEGETABLE PEPPER MASALA

 VEG PEPPER FRY 

Ingredients:
Carrot - 1
Beans - 5
Cauliflower - 1/4
Green Peas - 3 tbl spoon 
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbl spoon 
Salt as needed 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Pepper Powder - 1 tbl spoon 
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 t spoon 
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 t spoon 
Fennel Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Coconut - 2 tbl spoon 
Oil - 2 tbl spoon 


      Cut the vegetables to small pieces.
      Cut and clean cauliflower florets in hot water and keep aside.
      In a pan heat oil, and fry cumin, fennel seeds.
      Add chopped onion and fry until golden.


      Add ginger garlic paste, tomato, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, coriander powder and mix well.




      Add 1/4 cup water and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
      Add the vegetables along with green peas and cook covered with a lid in medium flame.



      Add more water if required.
      Now add coconut paste and cook until the vegetables becomes dry.


      Add pepper powder, fennel powder and give a good mix.



      Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy mixed veg pepper fry with chappathi.
