VERMICELLI POPSICLES/ SEMIYA MILK ICE

                           SEMIYA POPS

Ingredients:
Semiya - 2 tbl spoon 
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 t spoon 


      Boil milk with semiya and cook in low flame.



      Once the semiya gets soft and cooked, add sugar, give a good mix.


      Let the semiya mixture cool down completely.
      Now pour the semiya milk in a popscile mould and freeze overnight.


      We can even pour in a tumbler with a stick in the centre and close with an aluminium foil.
      Remove the mould from freezer, show in running water for 3 minutes and unmould.



      Enjoy semiya pops immediately.
