BAKED BHINDI/ ROASTED LADIES FINGER

OVEN ROASTED OKRA

Ingredients:
 Vendakkai / Okra - 400 gm
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Pepper Powder - 1 t spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbl spoon 
Butter - 2 tbl spoon 


      Wash and cut okra into bite sized pieces.


      Mix together salt, chopped coriander leaves, butter, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilly powder, pepper powder with okra.



      Spread the okra in a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.


      Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 20 minutes and grill for 10 minutes.


      Our crispy butter baked bhindi is ready to enjoy.
