BOTTLE GOURD CURD RICE/ SORAKKAI THAYIR SADAM

BOTTLE GOURD CURD RICE /PALEO CURD RICE 

Ingredients:
Bottle Gourd - 1/2
Carrot - 1/2
Green Chilly - 2
Salt as needed 
Oil - 1 t spoon 
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Curd - 1/4 cup


      Grate bottle gourd using a grater.


      Add oil, mustard seeds in a pan.
      Once it splutters, add finely chopped carrot, green chilly and fry until the carrot gets cooked well.


      Now add the sorakkai, salt, little water and cook covered until it gets soft.


      Once it gets cooled, add curd and mix well.



      Serve sorakkai curd rice with pickle or any veggies.
