COCONUT SPONGE CAKE

 COCONUT CAKE 


Ingredients:
Butter - 100gm
Baking Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Maida - 100 gm
Sugar - 1/2cup
Coconut Powder - 1/3 cup
Vennila Essence - 1/2 t spoon 
Egg - 2


      In a mixing pan mix together butter, sugar, vennila essence until creamy.


      Add eggs and beat well.


      Swift together maida, baking powder and mix gently using a spatula.


      Now add coconut powder and give a gentle mix.


      Apply some butter in a baking pan and pour the prepared cake batter.


      Sprinkle some coconut powder on the top.
      Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.


      Our coconut cake is ready to enjoy.
