HOMEMADE PANEER
Ingredients:Milk - 1 litre
Curd -1/2 cup
Mix 1 lt milk with 1/2 cup curd in a pressure cooker.
Pressure cook for 3 whistles in high or medium flame.
Once pressure releases, open the lid.
Our Paneer is ready.
Filter in a kitchen cloth.
Fold the paneer tightly in the cloth and keep any heavy weight above the paneer.
After 1 hour the paneer gets pressed tightly.
After 1 hour the paneer gets pressed tightly.
Now cut the paneer into cubes.
Our fresh homemade paneer is ready.
