KEERAI SMOOTHIE/ SPINACH JUICE

KEERAI SMOOTHIE 

Ingredients:
 Spinach/ Keerai- 1 bunch
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece 
Amla - 2
Salt - 1/4 t spoon 
Curry Leaves - 10
Lemon - 1/2


      Clean and wash the spinach.


      Cut amla, ginger into small pieces.


      Boil 1/2 cup water and immerses the spinach for 5 minutes.
      Grind together spinach, salt, ginger, amla, lemon juice, curry leaves along with the boiled water.



      Blend until smooth and serve the juice immediately.
