PEPPER PRAWNS
Ingredients:Prawn - 400 gm
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1/2
Coconut Oil - 2 tbl spoon
Fennel Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Pepper Powder - 2 t spoon
Salt as needed
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Chilly Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Cinnamon Stick - 1
Cloves - 2
Biriyani Leaf - 1
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 t spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbl spoon
Curd - 2 tbl spoon
Remove the centre starting from the prawns, wash and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil and fry cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, biriyani leaf, chopped onion and fry until golden.
Add chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
Now add cleaned prawns, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, fennel powder and mix well.
Prawn let’s out water itself.
Add curd and cook in medium flame until the prawn is well cooked.
It takes around 10 minutes.
Now add pepper powder and fry until the curry gets thickened.
