CAULIFLOWER ROAST/ GOBI FRY

CAULIFLOWER ROAST 

Ingredients:
Cauliflower - 1 cup
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Coconut Oil - 2 tbl spoon 
Salt as needed 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbl spoon 


      Cut and clean cauliflower florets, wash in hot water and keep aside.
      Heat coconut oil in a pan and add fennel seeds.
      Add the cauliflower florets and fry for 5 minutes.


      Now add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves and mix well.



      Roast the cauliflower in low flame until golden.
      Mix occasionally for even roasting.


      Our crispy cauliflower roast is ready to enjoy.
