CRISPY POTATO NUGGETS

POTATO NUGGETS 

Ingredients:
 Potato - 3
Onion - 1/2
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Egg - 1
Salt as needed 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon 
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbl spoon 


      Pressure cook potatoes, wash and peel the skin.
      Mash the potatoes and mix with chopped onion, coriander leaves, chilly powder, garam masala, salt, 1/4 cup bread crumbs.



      Shape the potato masala into small balls or any desired shape.
      Beat the egg using a wire whisk.


      Dip the nuggets in egg and then bread crumbs.


      Deep fry the wedges in hot oil in medium flame until golden.


      Remove the potato nuggets in a tissue paper so that excess oil gets absorbed.


      Enjoy crispy potato nuggets with tomato sauce.
