FISH CURRY

FISH CURRY 

Ingredients:
Fish - 1/4 kg
Salt as needed 
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 t spoon 
For Marinate:
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Cumin powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 t spoon 
Lemon juice - 1/4 t spoon 
Green Chilly Paste - 1/2


      Clean the fish and marinate with the ingredients for marinating.
      In a pan heat 1 t spoon oil and sauté onion and tomato until mushy.


      Grind to a smooth paste.


      Add 1 tbl spoon oil in a pan and roast the marinated fish on both sides.


      Add the ground masala paste, salt, kasuri methi and simmer for 5 minutes.


      Add 1/2 cup water and cook until we get a semi gravy consistency.


      Have fish curry with rice.
