PALEO MASALA DOSA/ DOSA WITHOUT DOSA BATTER

PALEO MASALA DOSA USING EGGS 

Ingredients:
Egg - 2
Coconut Powder - 4 tbl spoon 
Onion -1
Tomato - 1/2
Carrot - 1 small 
Salt as needed 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Green Chilly - 1/2
Mint Leaves - 1 tbl spoon 
Coconut Oil - 1 tbl spoon 
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 


      Separate the egg white and yellow.
      Take a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, green chilly, mint leaves.


      Fry chopped onion, carrot, tomato, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and cook in low flame until it becomes mushy.



      Add the egg yellow and sauté until the egg gets cooked well.


      Our masala is ready.


      Mix egg white with coconut powder, salt.


      Our dosa batter is ready.


      Heat dosa tawa and pour the batter to a thin dosa.


      Sprinkle some oil and cook on both sides.
      Spread the masala in the dosa.


      Enjoy paleo masala dosa with side dish of your choice.
