PANEER 65



Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 gm
Lemon - 1/2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Pepper Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Corn Flour  - 1 1/2 tbl spoon 
Maida - 1 1/2 tbl spoon 
Rice Flour - 1 1/2 tbl spoon 


      Cut paneer into cubes.
      Add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and mix gently.


      Now add corn flour, maida,rice flour and toss gently.


      Sprinkle little water and toss gently so that the paneer is marinated with a sticky dough.


      Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the marinated paneer.


      Stir occasionally for even cooking.
      Once the paneer becomes golden and crisp, remove the the paneer in a tissue paper.


      Sprinkle some pepper powder and enjoy paneer 65 with sliced onion.
