TANDOORI CHICKEN STRIPS 



Ingredients:
Chicken Strips - 400 gm
Kasuri Methi - 1/4 t spoon 
Pepper Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Oil - 2 tbl spoon 
To grind:
 Lemon Juice - 1 t spoon 
Oil - 2 tbl spoon 
Ginger - 1 small piece
Garlic - 3
Curd - 1/4 cup
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1 t spoon 
Salt - 1/2 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon 
Tomato - 1/2


      Clean and wash chicken strips and keep aside.
      Blend the ingredients for grinding to a smooth paste.


      Add the masala paste, pepper powder, kasuri methi to the chicken and mix well.



      Refrigerate the marinated chicken for 2 hours or overnight.
      Heat a grill pan or dosa tawa and add 2 tbl spoon oil.
      Roast the marinated chicken in low flame for 10 minutes on each side.


      Drizzle some oil if needed.
      Once the chicken turns golden, switch off the flame.


      Enjoy spicy pan fried tandoori chicken strips with onion.
