VEGETABLE KURUMA

 VEGETABLE KURUMA 

Ingredients:
Carrot - 1
Beans - 5
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Paneer - 50 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbl spoon 
Garam Masala - 1 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1 1/2 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Biriyani Leaf - 1
To Grind:
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Almond - 5
Fennel Seeds - 1 t spoon 
Porikadalai - 2 t spoon 
Cloves - 2
Green Chilly - 1
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch piece 
Cardamom - 1


      Grind together the above ingredients for grinding to a fine paste.



      Heat 1 tbl spoon butter and fry biriyani leaf, ginger garlic paste in low flame.


      Add chopped onion, tomato and cook until mushy.


      Now add chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala , salt and mix well.


      Add the chopped veggies and mix well.


      Add the coconut paste, 1/4 cup water and cook in low flame until the vegetables gets cooked well.


      Add chopped paneer and mix gently.


      Simmer for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.    


      Add chopped coriander leaves and enjoy with chappathi.
