DATES BROWNIE

Ingredients:
Maida -  2 tbl spoon 
Wheat Flour - 1/4 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 2 tbl spoon 
Baking Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Salt - 1 pinch 
Egg - 1
Butter - 3 tbl spoon 
Milk - 1/4 cup + 2 tbl spoon 
Dates - 1/2 cup
Vennila Essence - 1/4 t spoon 


      Grind together dates and 2 tbl spoon milk to a fine paste.




      Sift together maida, wheat flour, salt, baking powder, cocoa powder and keep aside.



      Mix egg with butter, milk and dates paste with a wire whisk.



      Add the dry ingredients and combine gently using a spatula.


      Add some tuti frooti and nuts of your choice.
      Pour the cake batter to a lined baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.


      Once cooled, cut into cubes.


      Enjoy dates brownie with a cup of tea.
