EGG MASALA DRY
Ingredients:Egg - 3
Onion - 2
Tomato - 1
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbl spoon
Mint Leaves - 1 tbl spoon
Salt as needed
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 t spoon
Coconut Oil - 3 t spoon
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 t spoon
Pepper - 1/4 t spoon
Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin and pepper.
Add onion and fry until transparent.
Now add ginger garlic paste, salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, chopped tomato, coriander leaves, mint leaves and mix well.
Add little water and allow to boil.
Now break open the eggs and pour in the masala.
Cover with a lid and simmer for 3 minutes.
Turn the eggs and simmer until the eggs get cooked well.
Enjoy egg masala fry with rice or chappathi.
