KHOYA GULAB JAMUN

GULAB JAMUN USING KHOYA

Ingredients:
Unsweetened Khoya - 250 gm
Maida - 75 gm
Baking Soda - 1 pinch 
Oil - For Deep Frying 
Sugar - 300 gm
Water - 500 ml


      Boil sugar with water and simmer for 20 minutes.
      Our jeera is ready.
      Cut unsweetened khoya into small pieces.
      Add maida, baking soda to the khoya and kneed until we get a soft dough.


      Make small balls and fry in hot oil in low flame until golden. 



      Add the fried gulab jamun into the sugar syrup.
      The gulab jamun gets soaked well in 1/2 an hour.


      Serve khoya gulab jamun with sugar syrup.
