STUFFED TANDOORI MUSHROOMS

STUFFED MUSHROOMS 

Ingredients:
Mushroom - 100 gm
Egg - 1
Capsicum - 1 tbl spoon 
Garlic - 5
Salt as needed 
Pepper Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Coriander Leaves - 1 tbl spoon  
Oil - 1 tbl spoon 
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
For Marinate:
Curd - 1 tbl spoon 
Kasuri Methi - 1 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Pepper Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/4 t spoon 


      Wash mushrooms and remove the centre stem.
      Chop the centre stem into small pieces.


      In a pan heat oil and fry chopped garlic for a minute.
      Add chopped onion, capsicum, mushroom stem and sauté until it gets cooked well.


      Add egg, salt, pepper and mix well.


      Once the egg gets fried, switch off the flame.
      Add chopped coriander leaves.
      Mix the ingredients to marinate and add the mushrooms.


      Marinate gently.
      Stuff the egg mushroom masala inside the marinated mushrooms.


      Heat butter in a heavy bottomed pan and add the stuffed mushrooms.
      Close with a lid and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.


      Now roast the mushrooms on both sides until golden.


      Our roasted stuffed mushroom is ready to enjoy.
