CHOCO CHIP AND NUT BUTTER COOKIES

BUTTER COOKIES 



Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 120 gm
Maida - 60 gm
Butter - 100 gm
Powdered Sugar - 100 gm 
Salt - 1 pinch 
Pista - 3 tbl spoon 
Choco Chips - 2 tbl spoon 
Vennila Essence - 1 t spoon 


      Take softened butter, sugar, vennila in a mixing bowl and beat until creamy.


      Add maida, wheat flour, chopped nuts, choco chips and kneed to a soft dough.



      Make equal sized small balls and press gently.



      Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 16 minutes and allow it to cool down.
      Once cooled the cookies will turn crisp.


      Store butter cookies in an air tight container.
