LADIES FINGER MASALA

OKRA MASALA 

Ingredients:
Ladies Finger - 1/4 kg
Onion - 1
Ginger Garlic Paste- 1 t spoon 
Salt as needed 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/2 t spoon 
Kasuri Methi - 1/4 t spoon 
Biriyani Leaf - 1
Cinnamon Stick - 1 
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 t spoon 
Cloves - 2
Coconut Oil - 2 t spoon 
Curd - 1 tbl spoon 


      Wash and cut ladies finger into bite sized pieces.
      Add 1 t spoon coconut oil and roast the ladies finger in low flame until it gets cooked.


      Remove the ladies finger in a plate and keep it aside.
      Heat 1 t spoon oil and fry fennel seeds, cinnamon, cloves, biriyani leaf, chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.


      Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, coriander powder, kasuri methi  and mix well.


      Add 1/2 cup water, curd and allow it to boil.


      Add the cooked ladies finger and simmer for 5 minutes.



      Once the gravy thickens switch off the flame.
      Enjoy ladies finger masala with chappathi.
