MANGO LASSI
Ingredients:Mango - 1/4 cup
Curd - 2 tbl spoon
Sugar - 1 tbl spoon
Cardamom - 2
Water - 2 cup
Remove the skin cut mango into small pieces.
Take in a mixer along with sugar, cardamom seeds and grind to a smooth paste.
Add curd, water and blend for 2 minutes.
Pour the mango lassi in a glass and garnish with nuts or tuti fruiti.
Enjoy mango lassi as such or chilled.
