AKKI ROTTI / RICE FLOUR ROTTI

AKKI ROTTI

Ingredients:
Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
Salt as needed 
Oil  - 1/2 t spoon 
Water - 1/2 cup


      Boil water with oil and salt.


      Add rice flour and mix well.


      Simmer for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.


      Cover the rice flour mixture for 5 minutes and keep aside.
      Kneed the rice flour to a soft dough when it is hot.


      Roll the dough into chappathi using a rolling pin or just tap using your hands.



      Roast the ROTTI in a hot dosa tawa partially and place it in direct flame for few seconds.


      Enjoy akki rotti with any curry of your choice.
