CHEESE BISCUIT

CHEESE BISCUIT 

Ingredients:
Maida - 1/2 cup
Butter - 3 tbl spoon 
Cheese - 3 tbl spoon 
Pepper Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Salt - 1 pinch 
Sugar - 1 tbl spoon 
Baking Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Milk - 3 tbl spoon 


      Mix together all the above ingredients and kneed to a soft dough.



      Roll using a chappathi rolling pin with 1/2 inch thickness.


      Cut into squares and place in a baking tray lined with butter paper.



      Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until slightly golden.


      Allow the biscuits to cool down and store in an air tight container.
