DHOKLA

 Ingredients:
Gram Flour- 3/4 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/4 cup
ENO - 1/2 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon
For Seasoning:
Oil - 1 t spoon 
Sugar - 1 t spoon 
Salt - 1/4 t spoon 
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 t spoon 
Green Chilly - 3
Curry Leaves - 1 spring 
Coriander Leaves 
Lemon - 1/4


      Mix together gram flour, sugar, salt, turmeric powder with water to a creamy paste.




      Set aside for 15 minutes and mix eno with it.


      Mix well until we get a frothy dough.   
      Pour the batter in a pan and steam in an idly cooker or pan, covered with a lid for 15 minutes.



      Once cooled remould the dhokla from the pan.
      Heat a pan with oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilly, salt, sugar and mix well.
      Add 3 tbl spoon water, lemon juice and mix well.
      Cut the dokla into pieces and pour the tadka above the dokla.


      Garnish with grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves and enjoy.
