PANEER CHEESE PIZZA
Ingredients:
Maida - 2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 t spoon
Dry Yeast - 1 1/2 t spoon
Salt - 1 t spoon
Oil - 1 tbl spoon
Grated Cheese - 3 tbl spoon
Tomato Sauce - 2 t spoon
Mixed Herbs - 1 t spoon
Chilly Flakes - 1/2 t spoon
Paneer - 100 gm
Onion - 1/2
Curd - 3 tbl spoon
Salt as needed
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon
After 10 minutes the yeast gets activated and bubbles are formed.
Now take maida, salt, activated dry yeast, oil in a mixing bowl.
Kneed to a soft dough.
Sprinkle some oil above the dough and cover with a wet cloth.
Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
Now the pizza dough gets doubled up in size.
Kneed again and make a big ball.
Curd - 3 tbl spoon
Salt as needed
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon
Kasuri Methi - 1/4 t spoon
Mix active dry yeast, sugar with Luke warm water and keep aside.
After 10 minutes the yeast gets activated and bubbles are formed.
Now take maida, salt, activated dry yeast, oil in a mixing bowl.
Kneed to a soft dough.
Sprinkle some oil above the dough and cover with a wet cloth.
Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
Now the pizza dough gets doubled up in size.
Kneed again and make a big ball.
Sprinkle some oil in a baking tray and spread the pizza dough to a flat thin layer.
Pat with a fork all over the pizza.
Now spread the tomato sauce evenly and grated cheese in the 2 nd layer.
Mix together the ingredients for paneer marinate.
Add paneer and onion and mix gently.
Place the marinated paneer above the pizza base.
Top with grated cheese and pizza seasoning.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Grill for 2 minutes.
Our cheesy paneer pizza is ready to enjoy.
