POHA BURFI

Ingredients:
Poha / Aval - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon 
Coconut Powder - 3 tbl spoon 
Milk - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Pista - 2 tbl spoon 


      Take poha in a filter and wash it with water.
      Heat a pan with 1 tbl spoon ghee.
      Fry poha for  4 minutes in low flame and add coconut powder.
      Fry for a minute and add milk, sugar.
      Sauté until the BURFI becomes lightly thick.
      Apply ghee in a pan and spread the BURFI mixture.
      Sprinkle chopped nuts and press tightly.
      Refrigerate 1 hour so that the burfi gets set.
      Demould the BURFI and cut into desired sized pieces.


      Enjoy yummy poha BURFI and keep refrigerated for 2 days.
