BAJRA ROTI / KAMBU ROTI

KAMBU ROTI

Ingredients:
Bajra / KAMBU Flour - 1/2 cup
Wheat Flour - 1/4 cup
Salt as needed 
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon 


      Mix together bajra, wheat flour, salt, ghee in a mixing bowl.


      Add boiling water little by little and kneed to a soft dough.


      Make small balls, place it in between a cover and press into thin chappathis.


      Heat a dosa tawa, place the pressed roti and roast on both sides turning in between.


      Drizzle some oil or butter on both sides while cooking.


      Enjoy bajra roti with side dish of your choice.
