AVAL VADAGAM/ POHA VATHAL

AVAL VADAGAM



Ingredients:
Aval / Poha -  1 cup
Green Chilly - 1 
Small Onion - 3
Salt as needed 
Cumin - 1 t spoon 


      Grind green chilly, onion coursely in a mixer.
      Add water to aval so that it gets fully immersed.



      The aval absorbs water completely in 10 minutes.
      Mash with a smasher and add salt, cumin, ground chilly onion paste.



      Mix well, pinch small balls and place in a plate.


      Sun dry for 2 days and store in an air tight container.


      Fry the VADAGAM when required and have with rice and rasam.
