BEANS FRY USING COCONUT MILK 

Ingredients:
Beans - 1/4 kg
Coconut Milk - 1/4 cup
Salt as needed 
Green Chilly - 2
Coconut Oil - 2 t spoon 
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Curry Leaves - 1 spring 
 Onion - 1


      Wash and cut beans into desired sized pieces.
      Grind 1/4 cup coconut with 1/4 cup water and extract thick coconut milk and keep aside.
      Add oil, mustard seeds, fennel seeds in a pan.
      Add curry leaves, chopped onion, slit green chilly and fry until golden.



      Now add chopped beans and fry for a minute.


      Add coconut milk, simmer and cook covered until the beans gets soft.



      Roast in low flame for 5 more minutes and switch off the flame.


      Have beans fry with rice and rasam.
