GARLIC MURUKKU WITH BESAN FLOUR

INSTANT GARLIC MURUKKU 

Ingredients:
Rice Flour - 1 1/2 cup
Besan Flour - 1/4 cup
Garlic - 8
Salt as needed 
Chilly Powder - 1 1/2 t spoon 
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
Omar / Ajwain - 1/2 t spoon 
Oil - For Deep Frying 


      Grind garlic with little water to a fine paste.
      In a mixing bowl mix together rice flour, besan flour, salt, chilly powder, ajwain, butter, garlic paste.



      Add little water and kneed to a soft dough.


      Place the dough in a murukku press and press in the backside of a laddle.



      Heat oil in a pan and drop the murukku carefully.
      Fry the murukku in low flame on both sides until the bubbles subsides.


      Remove the murukku in a tissue paper so that excess oil gets absorbed.


      Once cooled, store in an air tight container.
