PANEER MASALA / PANEER GRAVY

PANEER GRAVY 

Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 gm
Oil - 1 tbl spoon 
Butter - 1 tbl spoon 
Salt as needed 
Cinnamon Stick - 1
Cardamom - 1 
Cloves - 1
Biriyani Leaf - 1
Garlic - 4
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Kasuri Methi - 1 t spoon 
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 t spoon 
Chilly Powder - 1 t spoon 
Coriander Powder - 1 t spoon 
Garam Masala - 1/4 t spoon 
Cumin Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Corn Flour - 1/2 t spoon 
Milk - 1/4 cup


      Soak paneer in hot water for 10 minutes.


      Heat oil in a pan and fry cinnamon stick, biriyani leaf, cloves, cardamom and chopped garlic.


      Add chopped onion and fry until golden.
      Add chopped tomato, kasuri methi, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder and cook in low flame until tomato turns mushy.



      Add little water if needed.
      Mix corn flour with milk and pour into the masala.



      Add paneer and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.



      Add butter enjoy paneer gravy with chappathi.
