BESAN LADOO/ KADALA MAAVU LADOO

BESAN LADOO



Ingredients:
Besan Flour - 1 cup
 Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup+ 1 tbl spoon 
Water - 1/4 cup
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon 


      Dry roast gram flour or besan flour in low flame till we get a nice aroma.  


      Heat water with sugar until we get a sticky consistency.


      Add sugar syrup, ghee to the besan flour and mix well.


      Roll them to even sized ladoos when it is still hot.


      Garnish with chopped almonds or cashews.
