OMA BISCUIT/ AJWAIN BISCUIT

OMA BISCUIT 


Ingredients:
Maida -  1/4 cup
Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
Ajwain - 1/2 t spoon 
Ghee - 1/2 t spoon 
Oil - 2 tbl spoon 
Salt - 1/4 t spoon 
Sugar - 1 tbl spoon 
Milk - 4 tbl spoon 
Curd - 1/2 tbl spoon 


      Mix together all the above ingredients and kneed to a soft dough.



      Make small balls and roll to thin chappathi.
      Cut using cookie cutter and prick holes using fork.



      Sprinkle some sugar on the top and arrange in a baking tray.


      Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until the biscuit turns lightly golden.
      Remove the biscuits, cool down and store in an air tight container.


      Enjoy Oma biscuit with hot tea.
