RAGI UTTAPAM


Ingredients:
Ragi Flour - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1/2
Green Chilly- 1/2
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbl spoon 
Salt as needed 
Curd -  1/4 cup
Oil - 1/2 t spoon 
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 t spoon 


      Take ragi flour, rice flour, salt, chopped onion, green chilly, coriander leaves, curd in a mixing bowl.


      Add water and make the batter in a flowing consistency.


      Heat oil and let the mustard seeds and cumin seeds splutter.
      Add the tadka to the dosa batter and mix well.


      Let the batter rest for 1/2 an hour.
      Pour the batter in a hot dosa tawa to little thick uttapam.



      Sprinkle little oil and roast on both sides in medium flame.


      Enjoy healthy ragi uttapam with coconut chutney and idly podi.
