BANANA CAKE

BANANA CAKE 

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Sugar - 100 gm
Egg - 1
Butter - 1/4 cup
Ripe Banana - 3 small
Vennila Essence - 1 t spoon
Salt - 1 pinch
Baking Soda - 1/2 t spoon 
Baking Powder - 1 t spoon 


      Peel the bananas and smash using a fork.



      Add egg, melted butter, sugar and beat using a hand whisk.


      Now add salt, vennila essence, baking soda, baking powder and mix well.


      Add wheat flour and fold gently.


      Pour the cake batter in a baking pan lined with butter and butter paper.


      Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.


      Remove the cake from the oven once a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
      When the cake is cooled demould and cut into slices.


      Enjoy banana cake with hot coffee.
