CARROT CAKE

CARROT CAKE 

Ingredients:
Maida - 1 cup
Salt - 1 pinch 
Baking Powder - 1/2 t spoon 
Baking Soda - 1/2 t spoon 
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vennila Essence - 1/2 t spoon 
Butter - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Carrot - 1 big


      Take butter, powdered sugar in a mixing bowl and mix well.
      Add milk and mix together.



      Now add maida, baking soda, baking powder, salt, vennila Essence and mix using a spatula.


      Add grated carrot and mix together.


      Pour the cake batter in a baking tray lined with butter paper.


      Bake the carrot cake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.    

  
      Demould the carrot cake in a plate once cooled and cut into equal pieces and enjoy.
