CHOCOLATE CASHEW COOKIES
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Butter - 1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cashews- 1/4 cup
Cocoa Powder - 2 1/4 tbl spoon
Baking Soda - 1/2 t spoon
Milk - 1 tbl spoon
Butter - 1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cashews- 1/4 cup
Cocoa Powder - 2 1/4 tbl spoon
Baking Soda - 1/2 t spoon
Milk - 1 tbl spoon
Blend together butter and powdered sugar until creamy using an electric beater or wire whisk.
Add wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and beat well.
Grind the cashews in pulse mode just for a second and add to the flour.
Add milk and kneed to a soft dough.
Take small equal sized balls using a tbl spoon and press slightly.
Place a butter paper in a baking tray and place the prepared cookies.
Sprinkle some sugar on the top.
Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
